Design an app that helps home owners manage their properties.

Brief (as given) 🔦

• Wardens and caretakers in hostels all around the world often have multiple buildings to look after
• Currently the communication happens over calls, emails in unorganised fashion
• Design an app that can be used for multiple purposes such as sorting documents, tracking rent, sharing information etc

Constraints 🪛

Before laying out the process, it is essential to define the constraints that will affect the features and solution included:

• This app has been made as an MVP version.
• The demographics considered are here the students and colleges, considering that some of the common rules are followed across all institutes of India.
• The owners in this case could be considered as caretakers, wardens etc considering the use case of hostels.

Background Story 🧚🏻‍♀️

This is how some of our hostel blocks look like :P

• Hundreds of students reside in these blocks and every academic institute has multiple such buildings.
• Each of these hostel have higher authorities like wardens, chief wardens and faculty incharge that take care of all the student data.
• Each hostel is abided by a set of rules which include in-time, out-time, registering complaints in an orderly but manual manner etc!
